First off, get one of each ore from the mines of the lugians(low, medium, and high grade ores). You'll need to refine all three, then take them to Crater Village to get your new weapons. Infuse the X/Bow/Atlatl Glyphs with low and high grade ores, then infuse a Fletching Glyph with medium grade ore. Turn them all in to the golem to get the weapons and the Chorozite Fletching Tool.
To make hollow/phantasmal arrows, create a greater arrow head or bundle of arrow heads. Use the tool on the greater heads to make Chorozite Arrowheads, then use an arrow shaft for Chorozite Arrows. To get deadlys, use the Chorozite Fletching Tool on deadly arrowheads.
11.2.1 - Which ore? glyph?
Old bow/xbow glyph is used to make both hollow and phantom weapons.
Low Grade Refined Ore makes Hollow Weps
Mid Grade Refined Ore makes Fletch tool (which is givable / dropable)
High Grade Refined Ore makes Phantom Weps
You can get one piece of EACH quality Ore refined once a week. (roughly)
You can only use the Tool on Plain Bundled Arrow heads that have been treated with either Bloodseeker oil or Plain Bundled Heads that have been treated with bloodseeker and Deadly oil.
