Information:
Get diamond powder, a decanter of mana, and an HQ Pyreal Ingot. Bring them to Vivacia at Sanctuary.. usually 9pm everyday, and with her 480 skill, she will hopefully make you a Perfect Ingot. Give her a Sing for her service, that is fair. She might still fail and hand you a superb.. them's the breaks. You can still get a perfect weapon from a superb. -OR- you could buy a perfect ingot in sub etc., for around 4 smalls.
Then, go to Crater, buy your bow glyph.. buff the heck out of the one getting the weapon, apply the glyph to the ingot, and hand it to Silencia's Golem, and you'll hopefully get a perfect bow.
Once you have the bow, go to Rithwic town center, enter Martine's Retreat (no monsters there so no buffing required), find Josef, click on him and he'll give you a parchment of what stuff he takes, and then just hand him a Sing Key, and he'll give you back Gaerlans key.... go find his study (downstairs and across an invisible bridge and into a walkthrough wall on other side), open the Trove and grab an Unfinished (or whatever it's called) stone (bring 2-3 people as you can all get one if you're fast enough), go buy an Intricate Carving Tool, and reshape the stone (no skill check), then attach the stone to the bow!
Voila! Instant Perfect Shimmering Isparian Bow!
Don't bother getting a stone tool, as you should never remove the Shimmering Stone anyway, as it encompasses all elements!
Jack Astor recently got his, buffed skill 360 and got perfect from a perfect ingot. Then I added the Shimmering Stone. It's a great bow.. excellent for elementals etc., BUT.. in terms of normal standard hunting, the Elari still beats the pants off of it. There's just something very special about the Elari that no other bow has. Even the new 130% I got recently sucks in comparison to the Elari. Maybe if I can tinker the 130 to 150 one day, I may have a different opinion, but for now... ELARI IS KING!! But do get an Isparian for Elementals... that's where its power lies and where the Elari has to take a back seat.
Oh yeah... level 50+ for the bow.
