Information: Palenqual's Living Weapon Quest

Palenqual's living weapon quest is similar to existing Silifi of Crimson stars quest in that you have to combine several pieces to make the completed weapon. The completed weapons are not buffable. They arent super great, but they will serve those who get them well. For levels 5-45, and there is a timer on how often you can turn in the totems to enter the dungeon (1 month, but I think its broke)
Walkthrough
First start by killing Hea's. Hea Nualuan drop Tanae totems, Hea Shamans/Elder Shamans drop Audetaunga totems and Hea Ithluan (sp?) and Hea Warriors drop the Volkama totem. The different totems you combine produce different spells on your finished weapon. I'll explain those later. For the weapon you need 4 total totems, 3 to finish the weapon, then a 4th to let you into the dungeon.
To enter Palenqual's Caverns (48.9N 72.3W), hand a totem (any one will work) to Aun Shimauri (46.7N 70.7W). He will tokenize you to enter the dungeon. Be warned! It is not a permanent tokenization, you can only enter once per totem!
Once you enter the dungeon, visit the NPC and buy the talismans you desire. there are 5 different talismans for 5 different weapons, Dagger, Staff, Axe, Mace, and Spear. Cost is 50p each. Now comes the fun part. The dungeon is HUGE. it has creatures ranging from humans to drudges to lvl 60 siraluuns and to top it off, the entire place is a maze of levels and twists. The graphics of the dungeon are pretty amazing too, going through several different themed areas. Signs you are on the right way (these follow in order):
1) Jungle room with island armordillos
2) Room filled with *many* carenzi burrowers
3) Mercenaries
4) 3 Timber Siraluun. From here you should go south and you'll find an exit portal. The NPC is behind the door in front of the portal.
Once you hack your way through all that, you will find the final NPC to turn in your talismans. He will give you the 1st part of your weapon. You can not give him more than one (month timer). Now apply the triple totem that you have made to finish it off.
Here are the spells for the different totems. If you make a pure totem, it will have the greater of all these spells. If you make a combinational, the 1st two totems added will have the low level spells, and the 3rd one applied will grant medium level spells.
