New Virindi Weapons for everyone:
Ninza of PoF , FF investigated Dires landblock (31.7n 43.5w)changes & found 10 virindi NPC standing there including these guys:

Summary:

To get the new weapons, one must go out and assemble a full "Banner", which consists of 3 parts: Banner (flag), Haft and Crest. Items are found in 6 different varieties (listed below) but only 4 of the varieties will get you the new Weapons. Mask, Gromnie, Shreth and Reed Shark will get you Tokens for the New Weapons. (these are the new red quiddity like weapons)
After completing your Banner, you then give it to one of 3 NPC's located in Zhaikhal, Cragstone or Hebian To (listed below). They will give you a token of the Banner variety you turned in. You will then have the option of turning the Token back into the guy for the weapon. (a 3 month wait before you can turn in another Token).
Banners and the complete banners can not be Traded. Symbols, Hafts, Crests and Spear Heads can be traded.
There are also rumors that it may be wise to keep the Token for a different patch day, as it may have uses...

Dropped from "Tumerok Majors"
Types do not affect Token drops (it seems)
-6 Different types of Spear Heads:
Dropped from "Tumerok Commander"
Falcon, Shreth, Serpent, Gromnie, Mask & Reedshark.
-6 Different types of Symbols:
Dropped from "Tumerok Liutenant"
Falcon, Shreth, Serpent, Gromnie, Mask & Reedshark.
-6 Different types of Crests:
Dropped from "Tumerok Controllers"
Falcon, Shreth, Serpent, Gromnie, Mask & Reedshark.
Drop rates are low, but they will drop one of the items above. In addition WHERE you hunt will get you different Varieties and Tumeroks mentioned above come in different levels, depending on where you are. The tumeroks are split into 6 Clans, and each clan drops banner accordingly...
