Steps:
1). Use the Lifestone at 23.2N, 44.0E near Cragstone
2). Run northwest to "A Cave" dungeon at 24.2N, 43.2E
3). Find the spear laying on the floor
Note: This dungeon is also home to Tibri himself who has information about the SoLL quest. If you obtain the "A Note From Iquba" in Qalaba'r and give it to Tibri, he will give you further information about obtaining this sword!
A Cave walk through:
Upon entering the cave, you will be faced with a section that has three tunnels; left, right and straight ahead. Head straight ahead, but take an immediate right just after that. Head straight ahead until you get to a tunnel heading down, go straight ahead again until you get to yet another tunnel heading down. You'll soon come across a medium sized cave, which has an apex of entry, a few chests and a set of tables and chairs in the corner. Tibri's Fire Spear will spawn inbetween the tables and chairs, about every ten minutes. Becareful of the banderlings as you wait, however.
