The quest for Tikola's dagger won't take very long and you end up with a nice shiny blade that glows at night. It looks pretty cool.
Steps To Follow To Complete Part 1:
Get the key to the dungeon by acquiring a wood golemn heart. You can find the golem in front of the dungeon. Kill it untill you get the heart.
Take the heart to Raxanza in a big house coords 8.8s 53.7 e.
Head to the dungeon with the key open the door and proceed to the lowest floor level.
Attack the level 17 Scalvus. It will hold the dagger.
