A Scarlet Red Letter and Lucky Gold Letter Quests
Each Scarlet Red Letter and Lucky Gold Letter need to be 'stamped' with one of the nine Town Stamps. Each of the arrival-nexus towns has a dungeon which contains the Town Stamp for that town. These dungeons are ALL restricted to characters of level 1-20.
The Scarlet Red Letters can be found on: Drudge up to Prowlers, Creeper Mosswarts, Young Banderlings, Gnawer Shreth and ???
The Lucky Gold Letters can be found on: Drudge Prowlers, Blue Wasps, Banderling Captains, Chiefs, Guards and ???
Each Town Stamp is laying on the ground right next to where you enter the dungeon. Use the [ and ] keys to find it easily since it is tiny and hard to see. You can only pick up one of each town stamp at a time, and must wait 24 hours to pick up another from the same town. You can not give the Town Stamp to another person, and they are no-drop items. You have to use it, or give to a Town Crier to get rid of it.

Shoushi - Shreth Hive - 32.5 S 71.0 E (Note: Do not jump down if just there for Town Stamp)
Yanshi - Deserted Desert Portal - 16.0 S 47.2 E
Holtburg - Cave of Alabree Portal - 42.3 N 29.3 E
Lytelthorpe - Lost Distillery Portal - 0.7 S 51.2 E
Rithwic - Old Warehouse Portal - 8.7 N 58.1 E
Note: All nine dungeons are restricted to characters of levels 1-20.
There is a 24 hour time limit on each stamp before you can pick up another from the same town dungeon. You may carry more than one of each Town Stamp, but you must wait the 24 hours before picking up another of the same. (You may pick up one from each town, 9 total per 24 hour period)
Take your Stamped Scarlet Red Letter or Stamped Lucky Gold Letter to any Society Agent in any arrival-nexus town for a reward.
The Society Agents will give you a copy of the Book of Quests for New Explorers, which will tell you all the town agents and general quest details. In addition, they will give you a copy of the local Information Guild which contains items such as Town Center, local dungeons including the Town Stamp location, and all town portals in the area.
