I recommend you do split up into 4 groups. But there is enough time between the spawns to run to each camp (15 minutes). I do recommend that you leave a team of 3-4 at the Lugian Castle as the time-keeper. Do not kill the commander, the LTNs will spawn every 2 minutes. The commander and LTN are hollow and use hollow weapons. Take no robes. 24 quest timer on each time.
TEAM 1 - Lugian Castle, gets the hauberk
TEAM 2 - Camp 1 - 80.9S 37.5E, at least 1 person must have manac trained
TEAM 3 - Camp 2 - 87.1S 27E, at least 1 person must have spear trained
TEAM 4 - Camp 3 - 67.9S 32.3E, at least 1 person must have axed trained

Shield and haubark are both give droppable... Sleeves, staff and Spear is no drop until you applied infusion so be very carefull that only person ABLE to apply infusion is geting items !! Read more about requirments below.
Overview- When the Commander in Linvak Tukal (76.6S 28.1E) is killed, 15 minutes later Master of the Hunt at 80.8s 37.2e spawns. When he is killed (recieve Lugian Hauberk. Turn the Hauberk in to the Linvak Tukal Master Smith for the Bastian of Tukal) then the Named Lugian and 2 lts spawn at 87.1s 27e 15 minutes later. When that Commander is killed another Commander spawns at 68.7s 32.5e 15 minutes later. This is the final commander. When he is killed the Commander at Tukal Entryway is respawned beginning the quest all over again. Be careful if you kill comander first Lt. will suicide and you will need to wait until corpse decay to loot its item. Do not kill the commander, the LTNs will spawn every 2 minutes. If you do not kill the commander, the next spawn point will NOT spawn. So eventually you will have to kill him. It takes approximately 1 hour for the next spawn to appear at each of the spawn points. Note: best to have someone at the previous spawn point to forward information to the next team. Otherwise buffs will wear out.
PART ONE/INTRO - Lugian Castle -
Head to 76.6S 28.1E The Commander is at the very end of the Linvak Tukal Entryway dungeon. This dungeon is filled with normal and hollow lugians, ranging from Obeloths to Tiatus. Travel to the very end of this dungeon, going up all the ramps until the halls turn into rock. Right before this you should see Extra-Lugians Then go until you see a doorway with fallen rocks in front. right before the portal into the Tukal town. Kill the Lugian Commander and his death triggers a Lugian Commander and a Lugian Lieutenant (LTN) to spawn at one of three Lugian Camps. When you kill the Commander of each camp the next Commander spawns at the next camp. The Lieutenant (LTN) at each camp has a no drop item you want to retrieve.
PART TWO - CAMP1 - Cloth of Arm
This is found at 80.8s 37.2e on a Lt. On the other Lt is found a mace item (no info on that yet) Kill the Master of the Hunt ("The Lugians become disheartened at the fall of their leader! Many of them run for the hills to their next encampment...") and the Lts. die. Take the Cloth of the Arm (a 'Totem') to Auritus in Linvak Tukal and you recieve Sleeves of the Arm. Go to Nanto and purchase the infusion called Calm Strength
