fastest way i know of is take sub to arwic, Mountain Short Cut (34.9N 56E), then Bandit Castle (42N 60.5E), and from there run to 52.8N 62.4E.

This quest is updated,
You no longer need To visit the Essances(they were destroyed) All you need to do is find an SIK chest have an SIK and open the chest. Then you just have to read the Scrolls. No skill check is required.
