Information:
First get a portal to Zaikhal and head for the Four Towers 12.5N x 2.3E and go
in.
Next, talk to the man there, and give him an L note. He will open the door behind him, walk in and jump in the Impious Temple portal.
get the 4 keys and finish the dungeon, you will come to a room with some high undead soldiers and a high zombie, forget his name, the high zombie by the altar has a Broken Staff on him. pick it up and get out of there.
Next head for the Mite Maze 41.1N x 57.2E close to arwic, and find the level 100 NPC, give him the staff. (PS: the word maze is there for a reason, it's tough to find him, and bring LOCKPICKER or you won't get past the door to him)
the level 100 NPC will give you a Smelting Pot and tell you to go to Colier Mine 56.0N x 38.2E and look for Iron Ore bar.
head for colier mine, which is in a basement of a house in the town of colier, get your way past a locked door and click on a clickable wheelbarrow, there is only one in the whole place you can click on. Take iron ore, or wait 25 mins for respawn if it's not there. You can also get the iron ore in the Arwic mines.
next, take the smelting pot and iron ore to an alchemist, anything over 90 skill should do, and get him to put it together for you.
next, take the Slag to the mite maze level 100 NPC once again, give it to him, and voila, you have your impious staff.

The ore in Arwic mines has been taken out in Nov update. I haven't been to colier to see if that ore is still there.

Yep, still in collier, just did it a few times. And it was taken out of Arwic, you are so right.
