Goal/Purpose: The reward for this quest is a Bright Red Chainmail Hauberk and 40 Frost Arrows.

Information:
(This quest is completed easiest with Lifestone Recall and Portal Recall)
1. Talk to Lady Tallial in the Nassidiya Castle, she will inform you that if you bring MacDugals plans back to her, she will reward you.
2. (Purchase Nelvians Old Ispar Stoute from the food vendor)
3. Run to Bandit Castle (Or use the portal there in the mattekar cave)
4. When you have arrived at Bandit Castle, talk to MacDugal in the main part of the castle, he will say he is busy, talk to his captain.
5. His captain is on a ledge near the entrance into Bandit Castle, his name is Jerogessun (Something close to that), talk to him. He will say he would like a drink first. If you haven't allready purchased the Old Ispar Stoute, run back or Lifestone Recall back to Nassidiya Castle. Buy it from the food vendor.
6. Portal Recall or Run back to Bandit Castle, talk to Jerogussun again and hand him the drink. He will give you a letter addressed to MacDugal.
7. Walk to MacDugal in the main part of the castle, talk to him and hand him the note. He will inform you on retrieveing Gwillins Notes from the Bandit Castle Dungeon. He will also give you a key.
8. Run to the basement of Bandit Castle, and walk into the Bandit Castle Prison.
9. Work your way through the dungeon until you encounter the surface portal. There is a locked room (with Gold Wasps in it) near the portal, open it with the key MacDugal gave you. Inside is Gwillim's Notes, his Alchemy Bag, and 1 Frost Infusion.
10. Grab the notes. (The wasps didn't attacked me when I grabbed notes.) Grab the bag and the frost infusion (Wasps attacked me then), and run out to the portal.
11. Once out, Gwillim is right beside you, talk to him and hand him the Alchemy Bag. He will reward you with 40 Frost Arrows. Gwillims Notes are the plans Lady Tallial was talking about.
12. Lifestone Recall back to the Nassidiya Castle, and talk to Lady Tallial. Hand her Gwillins Notes, and she will reward you with a bright red chainmail haukberk.
