Endurance Love Results and Forumula (April 2002)Summary of Results as of 4/9/2002 10:03pm PST.Natural Resistance/Drain Resistance: Formula: Add your two base kills Str + End which results in Chance of Resistance. None: 20-200 (0%) Poor: 203-260 (10%) Mediocre: 261-320 (20%) Hardy: 321-380 (30%) Resilient: 381-440 (40%) Indomitable: 441+ (50%) Regeneration Bonus: Formula: Add your two base kills Str + (End*2) which results in Bonus. None: 30-200 (0% Bonus) Poor: 210-345 Mediocre: 348-470 Hardy: 472-580 Resilient: 581-690 Indomitable: 691-736 (110% Bonus) In first half of April 2002, an Endurance Love was applied to our characters. At first we had difficult on determining what the formulas were that determined these 3 new attributes. So we used an online web-based survey tool to gather the information. Less than 12 hours later, we had our formulas. Over the period of two weeks we had over 500 entries. Later we used a decal plugin to verify our results. Our survey requested the base skill for a characters endurance. Only one entry per character was accepted. And ip information was gathered for security purposes. We information gathered from letter to the players that Two different formulas would be applied to the 3 new Endurance Attributes: Natural Resistance/Drain Resistance Formula and Regeneration Bonus. We quickly found and verified the Natural Resistance/Drain Resistance Formula (skills Str + End) to be 100% accurate. The formula for regeneration bonus (str+ (end*2)) proved to be a bit more difficult. We found that the formula found is accurate within 99%. We still today recieve reports that they formula does not apply to them. We usually ask them to increase one of their attributes by 1-5 points and suddenly it's updated/changed to what it is suppose to be. Which tell us that the rates for all three are based off a linear chart. This chart is based off the data gathered. We make no claim that the data gathered is correct so assume that there is up to +/- 10% error ratio. If you believe that a data point is wrong email us. Any reported false data or data that looks to be suspect we have highlighted in red in the below tables/data.
